All services are a flat-rate pricing — meaning gratuity is already included. Service prices a bit outside of your current financial reach? Please don’t hesitate to reach out to Christina to create a payment plan that allows more accessibility. Hair Cutting Services
Please arrive with dry hair - washed within 48 hours of your appointment - and worn down as you wear it most often. (NO ponytails, braids or top-knots, please!) Christina schedules her time with the assumption your hair will be clean and worn down. If this is not the case, she reserves the right to deny your appointment and charge a cancellation fee.
Running Late
To assure each client receives the highest level of customer satisfaction, Christina aims to run on time. She understands life is unpredictable, causing clients or her to run behind. For this reason, she offers a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time before requiring you to reschedule. In return, she appreciates your understanding if she may be running late.
Wash + Re-Style Fee
Christina prefers to work with hair in its natural state, often cutting it dry; this allows her the ability to fine-tune your hair and create a more realistic result ensuring manageability away from the salon. If you wish to have your hair washed and re-styled, please notify her prior to your appointment. There will be a fee for additional time needed to achieve your desired look.
Complimentary Adjustments
Complimentary adjustments are offered within the first week of your service. Should there be anything that you find unsatisfactory, contact Christina to schedule an appointment. Please note that complimentary adjustments do not include a “change of mind” with cut or color.
Cancellation Policy
Christina is understanding that most emergencies are unforeseen. It is appreciated that you reschedule or cancel at least 72-hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 48-hours notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or “no-showed” within 24-hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the cost of the reserved service.
